Solarice - Stripped

The second entry has arrived. It's Soloarice with a great Depeche Mode cover of Stripped.
The band Solarice (spoked Solar Ice) was founded in spring 2001 by the leader of this band Vasyl Hotsko. After a couple of recordings and live gigs, Solarice plays at the concert “Ukrainian Love Practice” in Kyiv, 2004. New contacts and relations in the capital lead the band to new creativity level.
In 2005 Solarice wins a contest by L'ame Immortelle and does a remix of the song “Calling”, which has been included to the new single “The Fallen Angel” of L'ame Immortelle, released by BMG and distributed all over the Europe.
In summer 2005 Solarice was invited to one of the greatest gothic festivals in the eastern Europe “Castle Party” in Polish town Bolkow. Also in the end of spring 2007 Solarice together with “Komu vnyz” and “Error:Genesis” goes to Germany to represent Ukraine at on the of the greatest gothic festivals in Europe “Wave Gothic Treffen”. The band plays on one stage with “Crematory”, “Amorphis” and “Entwine”.
In August 2007 Solarice records a cover version for the main soundtrack of the Hollywood movie “Transformers. The movie” (SOLARICE – “Transformers Theme”).
The actually main event in 2008 is finishing the work on the new album “Theatre of dark leaves” with fifteen original tracks. All tracks are already ready for release, the band finished working on CD design and carries on negotiations with Ukrainian recording companies.
The band members of Solarice are Vasyl Hotsko (Vocals), Denys Kovalenko (Guitar), Artemii Iakovliev (Bass), Vasyl Zavyslyuk (Keyboards) and Roman Litynsky (Drums).
