Medicant Downline - Blasphemous Rumours

Genre: Industrial Rock
Location: USA

The version of Blasphemous Rumours from Medicant Downline begins still and highly electronic. Maybe you think what has this cover version to do with this project. But when the first refrain starts with heavy riffs and this dark feeling that this song transports in itself, you know why I've choosen this version for DRC.

Medicant Downline

The music of Medicant Downline is a look into the future of invention, creation, and emotion. When the line between Man and Machine becomes so blurred that even the most astute MENSA member can't tell if Deep Blue is flesh and bone or merely Intel Inside, worlds collide in a ferious mix of confusion and exploration.

From the ashes of former CT electro-rock band Dirt Conceited, Medicant Downline has risen like the pheonix. With the musical genius of Ether on full display via both lyrics and music writing on CD, the -MD- live band takes the vision to the masses with the sound of 30 angry Germans. Ether mans the guitars and stomps the fuzzbox vocal pedals as front man of this audio buffet. On bass and back-up vocals is Skeesix, making sure the low-end justifies the means. Behind the two-tiers of synth destruction is RPD, commanding both the pretty strings and harsh industrial beats. Just when you think MD has mellowed out, a piercing scream tears through the melody from guitarist Slick. Medicant Downline is a sight to be seen and a set of songs that's best heard up close and personal!

The band members are:
Randall aka Ether - Vocals, Guitar, Programming
Dan aka RPD - Synths, Triggers, Percussion
Lisa aka Skeesix - Bass
Will aka Slick - Guitar, Vocals
